My name is Femi and I’m a London based personal trainer and natural competitive bodybuilder. I’ve been training for 10+ years and been training people of all backgrounds and circumstances. I feel a lot of fitness content covers the same topics so i’m here to try and give more nuanced takes, topics and discussions.
With the rise of social media fitness has become a confusing place as separating the good from the bad information has become almost an impossible task and most importantly a huge waste of time. I’m looking to bring it back to the basics with clear guides and simple goals.
